A lot can happen in one year. For Upland, that meant a hotel groundbreaking, construction that will double the size of the public library, miles of new and improved trails, the completed reconstruction of Main Street, and so much more.
The Main Street Mile Initiative has now crossed the halfway point of its grant timeline, and this year's annual report covers the progress being made in Upland. Years of planning, listening sessions, and preparation are beginning to come to life in all parts of the community.
